The Forum, solely organised by Newdeal  Africa in  partnership with  other   Diaspora organisations, will focus on Tanzania as one of Africa’s leading business and investment destinations, while taking the theme ‘IJUWE  TANZANIA  YAKO  YA  LEO’.

Tanzania has just hosted The President of USA Mr Barack Obama, the smart partnership international Dialogue and the   summit of the wives of African leaders which was attended by the Bush familyWith our Partners in the Diaspora, we intend to build on this success and further increase investment into the country.
H.E, this Forum will bring together the decision makers one needs to meet to do business in Tanzania or in Western  Europe as well as focusing on key issues essential to the continued growth and development of our country and continent. It  will  also  be  an  opportunity  to address   Diaspora issues  on  the  Social, cultural, economic and  political  developments  in  Tanzania.
On the last day we  have termed  Usiku wa Mtanzania, we will  have  the  Newdeal Africa-Tanzania  achievement   awards Gala Dinner  which recognises those individuals who embody the ‘Servant Leader’ – economic success and professional excellence accompanied by moral leadership and service to society.  On the night, Tanzanians and friends of Tanzania will receive this year’s award because of their impressive business credentials and significant efforts to inspire a commitment in others to improving society.

What is included in the delegate registration fee?
The registration fee includes admission to the conference, documentation material distributed at the beginning of the event, all refreshments including lunches and a drinks reception at the close of day one. 
2.     I have already registered for an event but I wish to register another delegate for the same event; how do I do this? 
The process is the same regardless of the number of delegates being registered or how much time passes between registrations. Simply go to the respective registration page of the event you wish to register an additional delegate for, and follow the instructions or  send   email  to
3.     How will I know my registration has been successful?
Once you have registered your details with us online, you will receive a confirmation via email. Whilst we aim to email your confirmation to you within 5 working days of your registration, please be advised that occasionally, due to an unusually high volume of registrants across our portfolio of events, this interim may be longer. We appreciate your patience.
4.     Can I get a copy of the delegate list prior to the event?
The delegate list will be made available during the event. We do not disclose a delegate list prior to the event taking place.
Full details for each method are available on the invoice. If the registration is received exactly or less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the conference, payment must be made by credit card.
5.     When will I be invoiced?
We endeavour to email your invoice to you within five working days of receipt of registration. If you have not received your invoice within this time-frame, please contact us
6.     Can I change the name/details of the delegate(s) after registration?
Yes. If you were the original booker, you can change the details of any delegate you registered any time
8.     How can I change the invoice details?
Please email  stating your invoice number and providing the new invoice details.
7.   The events are pre-paid; what will happen if my company is delayed in processing the invoice?
At the event, we will request that you provide credit card details which will be held as a payment guarantee. You will then have a further two weeks for your company to make full payment; after which time, we will contact you to inform you that the credit card will be debited the full conference fee. Please be assured, the credit card details are held only as a guarantee. Once full payment has been received your credit card details will be destroyed safely and securely. Your credit card will not be charged without your prior knowledge.
8.   I have registered and paid to attend a conference and I need to arrange accommodation; who can I do this with?
Please note that it is your responsibility to arrange your accommodation and we advise that arrangements be made early as reservations are limited. We do, however, have a dedicated booking team  that can find accommodation to suit any budget
 9.   I need a visa to attend your conference; how do I organise this?
Newdeal Africa Seminars is unable to advise you on your individual visa requirements. It is your responsibility to contact the appropriate visa authorities for the host country and to ascertain any visa requirements. We urge you to allow sufficient time between registration and the date of the event to allow all visa formalities to be completed.
10.   I need a letter of invitation to arrange a visa / a visa support letter; can you provide this?
Whilst Newdeal Africa Seminars is not responsible for guaranteeing delegates’ visa applications, we can provide our registered delegates with visa support letters once payment has been received. Please email following details, stating the conference you are attending and your invoice number:
·         Full name as per passport
·         Nationality
·         Passport Number
·         Expiry date
·         Company Name
·         Job title
Should your visa application be declined, we will provide a full refund of the conference fee paid.
11.   What is the dress code for your conferences?
Business/Traditional  attire is suitable for all events unless otherwise stated.
12.   I am Vegetarian/have an alternative dietary requirement. Can this be accommodated?
Vegetarian food options are available at all events. Please inform the logistics coordinator listed on your information sheet (sent with your registration confirmation) that you require vegetarian meals.

For other dietary requirements including any food allergies or dietary preferences (Vegan, Halal, Gluten Free, Dairy Free), please inform the logistics coordinator listed on your information sheet as soon as possible to ensure that the venue chef is given adequate time to arrange the order and preparation of your meals.
