Mbuno was born in 1947 and lives in Kenya. Since discovered by the American photographer
Peter Beard, Mbuno exhibited all over the world including Corcoran Gallery in Washington DC,
Völkerkunde Museum in Germany, Center for African Art in New York, Dallas museum of Art
in New Orleans, Carnegie Museum of Art in Philadelphia, and Saatchi Gallery and Tate Modern Art
Museum in London.
