So this week’s Rio+20 Summit is key to pushing forward with the sort of green economic policies the Liberal Democrats have delivered in government: Funding for insulating homes, a Green Investment Bank, investment in rail travel. All are achievements we can be proud of as Nick Clegg leads our government delegation to Rio this week. He will give Britain a genuinely green voice at the conference.
