In an act of defiance to Uganda legislators ,Ugandans in the Diaspora and other Human Rights Activists staged a demonstration out side the Uganda High commission in London claiming that that the new law being discussed in Parliament would create a new crime of "aggravated homosexuality", which is punishable by death.
