Improving access to care - Cardiac Rehab

Care City  are working with NELCCG and BHRUT to understand some of the challenges around uptake of cardiac rehabilitation in BHR. They are keen to speak to as many people as possible who have experienced a cardiac event, from as many different backgrounds and perspectives as possible, regardless of what stage they have reached in their cardiac rehabilitation journey.

Interviews start week commencing 4th July, with an online focus group/workshop to follow at a later date. Care City would also speak to people 1:1.
