Good drinking water, electricity, telephone, mass transit in every village is a right, not a privilege. Modern infrastructures are needed to attract business into the community and promote tourism. Nigeria citizens are capable of electing genuine and knowledgeable political novice in office, who has a strategic vision and specific economic and political agenda, than a political veteran speculator with no real sense of leadership and lack the will to make real economic and political reforms that Nigeria desperately need. Government will provide money, materials, equipments, expertise, industry specific overseers with Village administrative manager in charge and the village people will provide voluntary labor and get paid salary every two weeks on the 1st and 30th of every month.
